The January 16, 2026 change is broker/freight-forwarder BMC-84/85 at $75,000 — your house, not the truck. The March 2026 FMCSA notice still says: do not buy or sell a USDOT or MC outside a real corporate deal.
UCR is a separate annual filing. It is not BMC-91 and not a AL OS/OW permit. Confirm UCR on the national UCR site if your process requires it. Then come back to L&I for the truck.
