FMCSA vs Colorado
An Active FMCSA property MC is interstate operating authority. It is not a Colorado oversize permit, not IRP, not IFTA, and not intrastate authority. If this load never leaves Colorado, ask whether they have the state credential — and still match legal name on L&I if an MC is on the rate con.
